New Business Setup · Auckland

Starting a business is exciting. The IT side doesn't have to be
a thing.

We'll have you sorted before you finish those fish and chips — or before the end of this page, whichever comes first. No quoting. No waiting. Order what you need right now, we walk you through it in minutes, we book, and it's done.

Step 1

Do any of these sound familiar?

If so — you've just described about 80% of our clients before they called us. Every one of them got sorted without knowing a thing about IT. We've got you. In just a few minutes you'll know your solution, the exact cost, and we'll walk you through every step. Before you finish those fish and chips.

"I'm emailing clients from Gmail. I know I need a proper business email. I just don't know where to start."

Business email, your domain, security set up — sorted same week.

"I have a laptop and a phone. They don't talk to each other. I can't get my files from one to the other."

All devices connected, files synced, everything talking to everything.

"Documents are everywhere — emailed to myself, on a USB, on my desktop. If I lose something I'm in trouble."

Shared files, clean structure, backed up from day one.

"I can't find my business on Google. I'm not even sure what a Google Business Profile is."

We claim and set up your listing so customers can find you.

"I haven't built a Facebook page yet. Every time I try I end up confused and just close the tab."

Properly built Facebook Business Page, ready to go.

"Someone told me I need to secure my accounts. I don't know if I'm already vulnerable."

Security baseline done at setup — not as an afterthought.
After the setup — security and compliance

Stay protected, stay compliant.

If you are starting a business — or have had one for a long time — and you keep client information, there are a couple of things you need to be aware of.

⚖ Privacy Act 2020

Every NZ business that holds personal information — customer names, emails, phone numbers — must take reasonable safeguards to protect it. The law doesn't prescribe specific tools, but MFA (multifactor authentication — makes you authenticate it's you who put in the password) and off-site backup are the industry-recognised practical standard for meeting this obligation.

Add our Security & Backup Baseline to have both MFA and off-site backup in place and be compliant.

🛡 Cyber Insurance

NZ insurers now routinely deny applications — or refuse to pay claims — when three specific controls aren't in place. These are insurer requirements, separate from the Privacy Act. Like the Privacy Act 2020, MFA (multifactor authentication — makes you authenticate it's you who put in the password) and off-site backup are the industry-recognised practical standard insurance companies accept for two requirements. The third requirement to fully satisfy insurance requirements is endpoint protection on all devices (managed antivirus).

Add our Shielded Support & Security Bundle to satisfy all three requirements.

Shielded Support & Security Bundle
