Auckland-based IT consultant and founder of PC Onsite. University of Auckland graduate with years of hands-on experience helping small businesses, tradespeople, hospitality operators, and schools get their technology working properly — and keep it that way.
I started PC Onsite because I was tired of watching small businesses either overpay for enterprise solutions they didn't need, or muddle through with broken setups that cost them time and money every day. There's a better way: clear advice, fixed prices, and someone who actually shows up.
IT support that works like it should
PC Onsite is a managed service provider (MSP) based in Auckland. We work with small businesses across the region — sole traders, teams of two to twenty, schools, and new ventures — providing everything from day-one IT setup to ongoing security, support, and growth services.
We're not a help desk you wait three days to hear back from. We're the person you call when something goes wrong, the person who set it up right in the first place so less goes wrong, and the person who tells you honestly when you don't need to spend money.
Three things that don't change
One provider for the whole picture
Most small businesses deal with four or five different providers for IT, security, their website, their Google presence, and their devices. We cover all of it — which means fewer handoffs, clearer accountability, and everything set up to work together properly.
IT Support & Security Plans
— ongoing managed security, MFA, backup, and support with a predictable monthly cost.
New Business IT Setup
— everything you need to start properly: email, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, devices, backup, and security.
Website & Online Presence
— we build websites, set up Google Business Profiles, and manage social pages. We also run Google and Facebook ad campaigns for businesses ready to grow.
Schools IT
— fixed-price packages for primary and junior high schools: devices, network, Google Workspace for Education, and security compliance.
